He began at Oracle, building and leading global sales programs across engineered systems, data security, and content management, then spent more than a decade as a top-line leader inside SaaS companies — repeatedly turning around stalled sales organizations and driving triple-digit growth, including one company’s highest revenue growth in its thirty-year history. As a fractional CRO, COO, and CCO he has run go-to-market rebuilds and turnarounds across healthcare, software, property, and staffing.
